In consideration of participating in the SarinasCharms.com Affiliate Program, You agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment in the Program
You must submit an accurate and complete application to the affiliate program.  We hold all rights to reject your application if we feel your site is unsuitable or inconsistent with our agreement.

2. Promotion of Our Affiliate Program
Upon your acceptance as an Affiliate, we will make available to you a user name, password and unique link, which, subject to the terms and conditions, you may display as often and in as many areas of your site as you desire.

3. Spam
Under no circumstances shall you send commercial electronic mail messages with respect to SarinasCharms Affiliate Program. For clarification, this does not prohibit you from sending transactional or relationship messages. SarinasCharms reserves the right to cancel any and all compensation related to the content you send via commercial electronic mail messages.

4. Payments from SarinasCharms
We will pay the Affiliate 15% of the sale price on a monthly basis (every 15th day of the month.) If a customer from the affiliates unique link leaves SarinasCharms.com or does not make a valid purchase, no fees will be accumulated.  Any refunds or charge backs to a customer, referred through your affiliate link, will be deducted from your commissions.  We will pay via paypal or money order depending on the affiliate's preference.
